This is a translation. The Spanish version is the binding one: in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Terms of service

1. Who provides the service

2. Account and free generations

  • To generate a website you need an account with a verified email.
  • Each newly verified email receives three free generations, once only.
  • Each generation, whether a new website or a modification, uses one generation. If it fails definitively for technical reasons, the generation goes back to the balance.

3. Generation packs

  • 10 generations: €9 + taxes, one-off payment.
  • 20 generations: €16 + taxes, one-off payment.
  • 30 generations: €21 + taxes, one-off payment.

4. Previews

Each generated version can be viewed at a link for 30 days from its generation. The period is individual: generating another version does not extend the previous ones. On expiry, the link stops showing. Anyone who has the link can open it.

5. Purchase of the website

  • Price: €599 + taxes, for a one-page website or up to five commercial pages. Legal pages do not count towards that maximum.
  • A specific version is purchased. The confirmed payment opens an order for human review; it does not publish the website automatically.
  • It does not include an online shop or the development of a booking engine of its own.
  • Images are illustrative and are selected automatically.
  • The legal texts of the customer’s website require their real details and a review before publishing.

6. Monthly fee

The first month of hosting and domain is included in the price of the website and starts on the date of final publication. The subsequent fee is €49 + taxes a month and the first charge is made one month after that publication, not after purchase.

Weekly blog post

The monthly fee (maintenance and one blog post a week) includes one post a week on your website’s blog, written with artificial intelligence from the answers in your questionnaire and from informative content about your sector. Nothing is stated about your business that you have not written yourself.

Every week we email you the draft with two links: “Approve” and “Reject”. If you approve, it is published on your website. If you do not reply within 48 hours of the email being sent, the post is published as it is.

If you reject the first draft, we prepare a second one on a different topic and send it to you with the same 48-hour deadline.

If you reject the second draft, you must tell us your reasons and the changes you want; without that text the rejection is not accepted. With those instructions we prepare a third draft and send it to you with the same deadline.

If you reject the third draft, no post is published that week. There are at most 3 drafts per week.

The links in the email work once and expire when the deadline passes. You can also approve or reject from your dashboard. While your monthly fee is not active (or once the month included with the purchase has ended), no posts are generated.

7. Support tickets

  • Five tickets a month included in the fee, also during the period included with the purchase.
  • Each ticket can contain several changes. Opening it uses one unit; replying or attaching files within the same ticket does not.
  • Additional ticket: €10 + taxes.
  • All unused tickets, including purchased ones, expire at the end of the month and do not accumulate. Balance expiry does not close tickets that are already open.

8. Prices, taxes and payment

All amounts are expressed before taxes. The tax applicable according to the customer’s country and tax details is calculated by the payment gateway and shown, together with the base amount and the total, before each payment is confirmed. 9. Withdrawal, cancellation, non-payment and refunds

10. Customer content

The customer is responsible for the data they provide about their business being true and for being entitled to use it. Easy and Fast Web does not add business data that the customer has not provided. [PENDING: ownership and licence of the delivered website]
