Model withdrawal form

If you are a consumer and have a right to withdraw from a contract with us, you can use this form to tell us. It is not compulsory: any unequivocal statement will do. When the right of withdrawal applies and when it is lost is explained in clause 9 of the terms of service.

Fill it in and send it to us by email at info@easyandfastweb.com or by post to Avda. Blasco Ibáñez, 89 bajo, 46920 Mislata (Valencia). It is enough to send it before the withdrawal period expires.

Text of Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161, with the trader’s details already filled in. It matches the Spanish model in Annex I(B) of the TRLGDCU.
