What is worth asking before paying

Create an account, verify your email and generate three website proposals. Each proposal stays 30 days at a link you can open and share. No card is needed to try.

Because the three free generations are granted once only for each verified email. Without verifying, no website can be generated. Clicking the verification link again does not give more generations.

Every time you generate a version of your website, one generation is used, whether it is a new website or a modification of one you already had. Opening, editing or abandoning the form uses nothing: before confirming you see your balance and what you are about to spend. If it fails completely because of a technical problem, the generation goes back to your balance.

You can buy a one-off pack: €9 for 10 generations, €16 for 20 and €21 for 30, all + taxes. Generations are for generating websites; they are not support tickets. We have not yet decided whether purchased generations expire: if a period is set, you will see it before paying.

30 days from the moment that version is generated. The period belongs to each version: generating another does not extend the previous ones. When it expires, the link stops showing. In your dashboard you see the expiry date of each one.

Anyone who has the link, without signing in: it is meant for you to show it to your partner or your people. We ask search engines not to index it, but that does not make it private. Only the account owner can buy the website or generate changes.

A one-page website or up to five commercial pages (legal pages do not count towards that maximum) with the business information, your services, contact details, a map when there is enough data, social networks, WhatsApp and the link to your external booking service. It also includes one month of hosting and domain from the moment it is published.

It does not include an online shop or a booking engine of its own. If you already work with a booking service, the website links to it; we do not build a custom one.

You give us the address of your booking service and the button on the website leads there. If you do not give it to us, that button does not appear: we do not publish controls that look connected without being so.

No. Images are selected automatically and are illustrative: they are not presented as photos of your premises, your team or your work. The logo is your business name set typographically.

It should not. Whatever you leave blank in the questionnaire is left out: no addresses, phone numbers, prices, opening hours or claims that you have not provided are published. Even so, review each proposal carefully before buying it.

Yes. In the questionnaire you choose the language of the website that is generated, regardless of the language you use Easy and Fast Web in.

They need your real details as owner and a review before the final website is published. A generic text does not by itself guarantee that you comply with the law, and we do not present it that way.

You buy a specific version for €599 + taxes. Payment does not publish anything automatically: it opens an order that a person reviews before publishing the final website on your domain. We do not give a delivery time because it is not agreed yet, and we prefer not to promise what has not been measured.

One month after the final publication of your website, not after purchase. The first month of hosting and domain is included in the €599 and starts counting the day it is published. From then on the fee is €49 + taxes a month.

Maintenance and one blog post a week, in addition to the hosting and domain of your website.

No: all amounts are shown before taxes. The tax that applies according to your country and your tax details is calculated by the payment gateway and you see it, together with the base amount and the total, before confirming.

The checkout screen shows only the methods that are genuinely active at that moment. We do not announce here any that do not work yet.

The terms for cancellation, non-payment and refunds are still to be settled. They will be published in the terms of service before sales are activated; until then we are not going to invent them in an answer.

With tickets from your dashboard. You have five a month included in the fee, also during the month included with the purchase. A ticket can gather several changes; opening it uses one unit, and replying or attaching files within the same ticket uses no more.

No. All unused tickets expire at the end of the month, including those you have bought separately at €10 + taxes each. Before buying one you see the exact date on which it expires. Tickets that are already open are not closed because of this: they continue until resolved.

There is no agreed response time yet, so we do not announce one. Nor do we offer unlimited changes or immediate attention. In your dashboard you see the status of each ticket: open, in progress, waiting for you or resolved.
