What is free, what costs money and when you pay
All amounts are before taxes. The tax that applies in your country is calculated by the payment gateway and shown, together with the total, before you confirm any payment.

One page or up to five commercial pages, reviewed and published by a person. The first month of hosting and domain is included.

Maintenance and one blog post a week, with hosting, domain and five support tickets a month. It starts one month after your website is published, not after purchase.
When the €49 a month starts
One month after your website is published, not after purchase. The first month of hosting and domain is included in the €599. The fee covers Maintenance and one blog post a week.
Purchase
You pay €599 + taxes for the version you have chosen. An order is opened; nothing is published yet and no month starts counting.
Review
A person reviews the purchased version and prepares delivery. This stage has no hosting fee. Its duration is not agreed, so we do not announce a deadline.
Publication
Your website is published on your domain. That day the month of hosting and domain included in the price starts, with its five support tickets.
One month after publication
First charge of the fee: €49 + taxes a month (Maintenance and one blog post a week). It counts from the publication date, never from the purchase date.
Generations
Each version you generate uses one generation, whether it is a new website or a modification. When you verify your email you receive three for free, once only. If you run out, there are one-off packs.

The cost per generation is calculated (price ÷ generations) and rounded to the cent, before taxes.
- Opening, editing or abandoning the form uses nothing. Before confirming you see your balance and the expected usage.
- If a generation fails completely because of a technical problem, it goes back to your balance.
- Generations are for generating websites. They are not support tickets and cannot be converted into them.

Support with tickets
Once your website is published, changes are requested with tickets from your dashboard.

Before buying one you see the exact date on which it expires.
- Expiry
- End of month
Every unused ticket expires at the end of the month, including purchased ones. They do not accumulate.
- A ticket can gather several changes. You are not charged one unit for every change on the list.
- Opening a ticket uses one unit. Replying, adding information or attaching files within the same ticket uses no more.
- Balance expiry does not close tickets that are already open: they continue until resolved and keep their history.
Pending decisions about support
- “End of month” is interpreted, as a proposal, as the end of the calendar month in mainland Spain time. It still needs confirming.
- How tickets are apportioned when publication falls mid-month is still to be settled.
- There are no agreed response or execution times, nor a maximum scope per ticket. We do not announce unlimited changes or immediate attention.
Taxes, payment methods and refunds
Taxes. No price on this page includes them. Tax is calculated for your country and your tax details at checkout, and shown, together with the base amount and the total, before each payment is confirmed.
Payment methods. The checkout screen shows only the methods that are genuinely active at that moment. We do not announce here any that do not work yet.
Cancellation, non-payment and refunds. These terms are still to be settled. They will be published in the terms of service before sales are activated.
