FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is it important to have one-to-one treatment?

One-to-one treatment means you get the physiotherapist's full attention. We can focus entirely on you, understand your specific needs and adjust the treatment as we go. You will never be treated alongside another patient.

What do the home exercises help with?

Home exercises are crucial to your recovery. They help you maintain progress between sessions and prevent your problem coming back. You will leave each visit with written exercises.

How long does an assessment take?

An initial physiotherapy assessment takes about 50 minutes. This gives us time to understand what is going on, carry out a thorough examination and agree on a treatment plan with you.

What happens after I have had surgery?

Post-surgery rehabilitation follows your surgeon's guidelines. We will guide you through each stage of recovery, adapt your exercises as you heal and help you regain strength and function.
