What data we process
We only process the data you give us when you contact us through the contact form on this website, by email, by phone or by messaging app: normally your name, your contact details and the content of your message.
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and message are received by Canteen Vending, SL (Easy and Fast Web), which hosts this website, and forwarded by email to the owner so that they can reply to you. On its server, the message is stored encrypted only until it is sent and is then deleted; a record of each message, without your data, remains and is deleted after 30 days. To prevent abusive submissions, an irreversible code calculated from your IP address (never the IP address itself) is used and deleted within about two days. Your message stays in the owner’s mailbox, which keeps it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
If you use the appointment request, in addition to your name and the email or phone number you give, we process the service, day and time you request, in order to reply and, where appropriate, confirm the appointment. The request is not a confirmed appointment.
In addition, as with any website, the server hosting this website records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) in order to serve the website and protect it against abuse.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, and it does not include analytics, advertising or third-party content (such as videos, maps or fonts loaded from other servers). That is why we do not ask you to accept cookies. If you click a link to a social network, a map or a booking service, you go to an external website that applies its own policy.
Some pages load a small program of our own (JavaScript), hosted on this same server, which is only used to make the comparison slider and the steps of the appointment request work: it stores nothing in your browser and sends no data to anyone. Without it, the website works the same in its simple version.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To deal with and answer your enquiries and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote or a booking for you. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us and, where the enquiry concerns a service you wish to contract, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- To keep the website running and protect it against abuse (technical server logs). Legal basis: the owner's legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles, and we do not make automated decisions with it.
How long we keep your data
We keep the data from your enquiries for as long as necessary to deal with them and, afterwards, only for the statutory periods during which liability arising from them may be claimed. Technical server logs are kept for a limited time and deleted periodically.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.
The hosting of this website and the sending of email are provided by Canteen Vending, SL (Easy and Fast Web), with its registered address at Avda. Blasco Ibáñez, 89 bajo, 46920 Mislata (Valencia) (Spain), which acts as data processor: it processes the data only on behalf of the owner and following their instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure and the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and request data portability, and you can withdraw the consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to legal@example.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
